I have not received the confirmation email to verify my email address.

Please check all your folders, especially the "Spam" section. If you still cannot find it, please add noreply@nexo.io to your contacts. After that please log in to your Nexo wallet/account and go to the "My Profile -> Security" section (https://platform.nexo.io/security) and click on the "Resend Confirmation Email" button or provide a new email address:
