I have not received the confirmation email to verify my email address.

Please check all your folders, especially the "Spam" and/or "Junk" section. If you still cannot find it, please add to your contacts.

After that please log in to your Nexo account and go to the "My Profile -> Security" section.


Then, click on the "Resend Confirmation Email" button to request a new confirmation email. Alternatively, you can provide a new email address and click on the "Change" button to confirm your choice:


If you have not logged out since creating your Nexo account, please click on the "Click here to resend it or change your email" link.
