I sent funds to the wrong address; is there a way to get them back?

At the same time, we always strive to help in any way possible as we know that mistakes do sometimes occur, so feel free to contact or submit a request. 

We are fixing similar issues all the time - people sending NEXO Tokens to our smart contract address, etc. Please bear in mind that, in some cases, it is not technically possible to fix the issue since the address may not be compatible with the code of the token smart contract.
